The chapter on telecommunications has its own section here because there are several important aspects to consider:
- Firstly, direct availability in your virtual office in a different time zone and notification of calls,
- secondly, you can be reached on a foreign phone number that you can automatically forward to a local phone number for seamless support communication with your customers, and
- thirdly, a mobile number via Multi-SIM from the destination country, which allows you to be reached worldwide and call your customers using a number from their own country.
